BUYER -ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities related to the procurement category 'Electrical and Instrumentation' will focus on strategic supply management tasks such as supply market evaluation, the identification, qualification, evaluation and development of suppliers and support for the development of global sourcing strategies for the Electrical and Instrumentation Category in cooperation with global category managers.

The main duties with regard to procurement execution activities for Electrical and Instrumentation Category will include:

  • the analysis and implementation of requirements from customer contracts "back-to-back" with the subcontractors,
  • the processing of in-house purchase requisitions,
  • the preparation of informative bid comparisons as a basis for decision,
  • the processing of contracts,
  • the maintenance of market data and securing the know-how acquired as a basis for future projects.

Requirements: 

  • Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Instrumentation) or Commercial,
  • minimum 3 years of experience acquired in this field at the negotiation table, in the office and during visits to the suppliers,
  • fluent in Polish and English,
  • detailed knowledge in the field of contract drafting and contract law, project procurement methodologies,
  • application of strategic supply management tools,
  • good computer literacy - knowledge of MS Office,
  • multi-cultural attitude,
  • high interpersonal skills.
